Jane Thompson

Clinical Psychologist

Jane is an experienced clinical psychologist who values working authentically and compassionately. She believes the best outcomes arise when she can work collaboratively with her clients to help provide perspective and clarity.

Jane has worked for over a decade in community public health settings with adolescents, adults and their families. She has experience treating a range of mental health-related difficulties including mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis and personality disorders. Jane is also interested in supporting people through challenging life stages such as grief, stress and periods of adjustment.

Jane welcomes all LGBTQIA+ clients.

Jane draws on a several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Jane is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA no. PSY0001130630). She is a registered supervisor, and an accredited Medicare clinical psychology service provider.
